Pickup & Verification

Once initiated, we will confirm the pickup date and time. Our delivery partners will pick up the orders.
The luggage will be checked against the trial and return policies. Please ensure original packaging and invoice copy are present.

Refund Voucher

Upon successful verification, a refund voucher in the form of store credit will be issued.

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Since items are custom made, cancellations are not allowed after this period.
